PT. Royal Bali Internusa conducts the required briefing to crewmembers concerning the types of vessels they are to embark, their functional duties, responsibilities and background of the Company. There is also a company code to avoid sea accidents, proper decorum and protocol expected from them as competent seamen. It emphasizes the obligation, dedication and loyalty to the vessel and its owner, superiors, cargo, passengers and crew members.

Started career at young age, graduate from one of well known Tourism Institute in Bali ; Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bali, begin became a part of Grand Hyatt Bali team member, continue expanded new path with one of the best cruise ship company ; Holland America Line for over 12 years, post onboard career then started a new way on hospitality approached and became an instructor and assessor competency, moved up to manage a hotel and cruise ship training center in Bali as the director.

1. What are the requirements to apply to work on a cruise ship?
The term and condition to apply:
- Minimum age of 20 – 30 years old.
- Have on going experiences at least 2 years at the same position, preferably in 4 – 5 star hotel/resort/beach club/villa.
- Fluently communicate in English both spoken and written.

3. How much does it cost to work on the cruise ship?
Your departure to the cruise ship will be borne by the cruise ship company that employs you (airline tickets, visa and medical check-up), however you will need to prepare costs for documents such as passport, seamen book, BST certificate and others, and it’s vary.
